Marc Rubin

Marc A. Rubin is a founding partner in the Spector Rubin firm, and has helped shape international trade and logistics jurisprudence for an ever-growing and changing field by actively litigating leading-edge industry issues.


Mr. Rubin focuses his practice on litigation and risk management to prevent exposure before it occurs. Specialization in in international trade, customs, and all modes of the transportation chain allows a proactive approach towards minimizing risk and exposure through experienced and focused litigation strategies, as well as business planning and contracts. Representation includes direct clients as well as insurance defense.


Mr. Rubin represents service providers in the 3PL and 4PL arenas; as well as customs brokers in both errors and omissions type claims such as improper tariff classification or anti-dumping cases; and broker administrative actions, mitigation and penalties; and regulatory compliance.

General representation and litigation defense is provided to a wide array of clients throughout the United States and globally.


Mr. Rubin, in keeping with the firm philosophy provides a hands-on, tailored, and responsive approach to full service representation.
